Ken Beckhusen is an award winning oil painter, resident artist, teacher, and board member at JN Long Cultural Arts Center. Ken is a graduate of the University of North Texas where he earned his BA in Interdisciplinary Art and Design. Inspired by nature, Ken likes to paint varieties of scenes including landscapes, cityscapes, and wildlife. You can see him teach on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm or on Thursday afternoons from 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm.
